You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 555cx. Registration by or on behalf of minors is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
Each individual may hold only one 555cx account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and permanent suspension.

Fraudulent activity, use of automated systems, collusion, money laundering, and abuse of promotions are all strictly prohibited at 555cx and will lead to account termination.
555cx provides deposit limits, session timers, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools. Players are encouraged to use these features and to seek help if gaming ceases to be recreational.
1.1 These Terms govern your use of the 555cx platform, including all betting, casino gaming, account management, payment processing, and any other services or features made available by 555cx at https://555cx.org and any related subdomains or applications.
1.2 By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", or otherwise using any part of the 555cx platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
1.3 555cx reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice through the platform. Continued use of 555cx following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3.1 To access real-money features on 555cx, you must create a single, personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
3.2 You are permitted to hold only one active account on 555cx. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or additional accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.3 As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations, 555cx will require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or when otherwise required. Acceptable documents include a valid government-issued photo identification card (e.g., CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method. 555cx reserves the right to suspend account activity pending completion of KYC verification.
3.4 You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555cx login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party or allow any third party to access your account.
4.2 All activity conducted through your 555cx account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. 555cx will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.3 If you believe that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 555cx support immediately via live chat or email. 555cx will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporary suspension of the account pending investigation.
4.4 555cx strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide additional security beyond your password.
5.1 All 555cx account balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. 555cx reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
5.2 Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 555cx does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be refunded and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in the same name as the registered 555cx account holder. Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. 555cx reserves the right to impose processing times, minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, and to request additional verification documentation before releasing funds.
5.4 555cx reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to your account balance in circumstances including but not limited to: pending KYC requirements, suspected fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where a chargeback has been initiated against a previous deposit.
6.1 All bets and casino wagers placed on 555cx are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are available within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms.
6.2 Once a bet or wager has been accepted and confirmed by the 555cx system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules or where 555cx determines that there has been a system error.
6.3 555cx reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) it was placed in error due to a technical fault or incorrect pricing; (b) the underlying event has been cancelled or suspended; (c) it was placed in a manner that constitutes abuse of the platform; or (d) it was placed in breach of these Terms.
6.4 All casino games on 555cx that use random number generator (RNG) technology are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed professional studios. The house edge applicable to each game is disclosed within the game information panel.
7.1 From time to time, 555cx may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, or other promotional incentives to registered players. The availability, terms, and wagering requirements applicable to each promotion will be set out in the specific promotion terms published on the platform.
7.2 Bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Where a bonus is credited to your account, the applicable wagering requirement must be completed using real money and/or bonus funds as specified in the promotion terms.
7.3 555cx reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to disqualify any player from a promotion where abuse, collusion, or a breach of promotion terms is identified.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 555cx and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational purposes only.
10.2 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content on the 555cx platform without our prior written consent.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 555cx will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
11.2 555cx does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that defects will be corrected. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without liability.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by 555cx is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using 555cx, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13.1 555cx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where we make material changes, we will notify registered players via the platform, by email, or through a notice posted on the homepage. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.
13.2 Your continued use of 555cx following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
14.1 555cx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement; (c) we suspect fraudulent or criminal activity; or (d) we determine that continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to the platform or other users.
14.2 Upon closure of an account for reasons attributable to you, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in accordance with our investigation findings and applicable legal obligations.
14.3 You may close your 555cx account at any time by contacting customer support. Any legitimate balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you following satisfactory completion of KYC verification and any outstanding wagering requirements.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 555cx is licensed and operated. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
15.2 Nothing in this clause prevents 555cx from seeking emergency or injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
